Description
A tactical field commander for the Cobra organization. The figure features a brown jumpsuit with yellow gloves, black boots, a black shoulder strap, and a chest insignia with red 'medals'. Includes 'swivel-arm' articulation which was an upgrade from the original 'straight-arm' 1982 release.
